People living in the community in BC, who have a physical disability that stops them from living independently in their home, may qualify to receive services from the Technology for Independent Living (TIL) program. Here are some links about the program.

Consumer Information Sites and Publications

The Home Adaptations for Independence (HAFI) program provides financial assistance to help eligible low-income seniors and people with disabilities in British Columbia to continue to live in the comfort of their home. As your physical needs change, so too does the need to modify your home environment. Adapting a home improves accessibility and promotes safe and independent living.
